The district of Roero in province of Cuneo.
Gentle pressing, with decantation of must and controlled temperature fermentation.
Intense straw yellow colour with amber tints and delicate scents. It has a bitter taste and a good structure. It is served at a temperature of 8-10° C for an excellent aperitif, with hors d’oevres and fish dishes.
