Winemaking and aging
These processes must take place in the zone of production, where the product is sujected to an aging period of at least 2 years.
With age it acquires a garnet red colour, mellowing in its austere, elegant and velvety flavour with a distant resinous base. Slow, prolonged refinement in oak casks conveys exceptional elegance, intensifying its characteristic and original complexity. The ideal accompaniment to game, special roast meats and cheese, but also excellent alone. Best served at a temperature of 16-18° C.
